Anybody knows how to patch AppleHDA for Realtek ALC889?

Hello. I have a MSI X58 Pro-E and it comes with ALC889 codec, but I have used lots of patched AppleHDA for ALC889, like Toleda's one, and I still can't hear anything.

I have been following this tutorial:

but I don't know if I'm doing the right things. Can anyone help me to patch it?

check it you got this enable in the bios Azalia codec

I don't have Azalia on my bios, and the HD Audio is enabled.

in multibeast select apple hda, apple hda rollback, and make sure to choose the one for users WITHOUT a DSDT

I tried all combinations from multibeast (with and without DSDT option) and nothing works, and I'm using a DSDT patched with HDEF section.
