Any Permanent Solution For Extra Boot Entries in in clover ?

I've been facing this issue since my first Hackintosh build. I can solve this using bcfg command in the terminal of the clover boot menu but the fix is only temporarily . the problem is after i delete all the entries it recreates after a reboot so agin i want to reapply the bcfg command. Please help me to fix this problem permanently.
I have 2TB Toshiba HDD
1 TB Toshiba HDD
Samsung Evo 250 SSD (Mac boot loader)
