Any news on HD3000 artifacts?

I wonder if there's any news about the Intel HD3000 artifacts issue, any solution...

Curious here, too. I had the issues resolved with a previous FakeSMC and Multibeast install. The new Multibeast (not sure if it's the HDA, FakeSMC, FakeSMC plugins, etc.) seems to bring back artifacts. I am trying to figure which item is the problem.

I use HD3000 and i rarely see artifacts, May be it could be the correct BIOS settings or DSDT edits.

BIOS settings
Graphics = Onboard or IGPU
HPET or video memory = 64MB

I have also read in few threads that using fancontrol app eliminates artifacts.
