Anti-firmware modification from Apple

Hi,

I have just come accross a piece of news on a German tech news site that states that Apple is working on anti-firmware modifications that may affect future installations od MacOS on Hackintosh: https://www.heise.de/newsticker/mel...r-Firmware-Modifikationen-warnen-3708495.html (if anyone has an alternative source in English please post it).

What you guys say...could this be an issue for hackintosh?

I've been doing Hacks for quite a while but I am starting to think that we might be no more than a couple years off from it not being something can do anymore.

All the focus on security and how that might tie into hardware and firmware and/or use of custom Silicon from Apple over time seems like it's just a matter of time.
