Annoying VT2021 sound problem

Updated to newest update Sierra.

Every time when I shut down/start hac I need to reinstall appleHDA.kext
It seems to resetting it self (?)....

I run hackintosh on Z77MX D3H, I5 3570k with VT2021 audio chip and Clover bootlader

Howe can be fixed?

Why? What happens if you don't reinstall AppleHDA.kext?
