Hi guys,
this issue is happening since I installed El Capitan (from 10.11.2, now I'm on 10.11.5) and it was happening also on Yosemite then it magically disappeared at some time.
Basically some animations on the level monitor, eq and spectrum analyzers stutters when I move the mouse cursor.
I recorded the behavior here:

Any idea on how to fix this?

My gpu is a MSI GTX 760 and I'm using nvidia web drivers but it also happens with Apple proprietary drivers.

Thank you.

i dont know how to fix it but im having a similar problem but in pro tools 12.5 especially when i run one of the native compressor plugins i read on this thread http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=375434 that its an el capitan issue and in yosemite the problem used to exist but later was fixed (at least for pro tools) im going to try to install the latest version of yosemite on a separate partition and see if the issue is resolved ill write back btw heres a video of what happens to me

Thanks for your reply @OLDSPORT
It seems to be the same issue. I use to have it also on Ableton but they've fixed it in v9.5

I really don't want to go back to Yosemite :(

well i installed yosemite (10.10.5) on a separate partition and these were the results
it seems as if there is something in el capitan that conflicts with our software the only thing we can do is downgrade to 10.10.5 and hope and wait for these companies (in my case avid) to fix the issue and it really does suck i dont want to be running on yosemite i want to be running on the latest el capitan

on a side note i opened up the same session the only reason two of the tracks werent playing was because i didnt have the plugin i used installed since it was a brand new clean install but that in no way changes the issue

Thanks for your tests @OLDSPORT !

So apparently this issue is not related to the "hack" world but it's a real apple osx problem.
I made some researches and there are some threads related to this problem on a lot of audio forums.

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2149016

The only solutions are
1) downgrade to mavericks/yosemite
2) wait for apple to fix this (LOL)
3) wait for devs to fix the issue by their side

Extremely disappointing.

Edit: tried Audition on a real macbook with El Capitan and I can confirm that the issue is present: way to go Apple!
