Tried to fix your SSDT-HACK with lots of errors.

Why do you use cpu friend?

Do you need lilufriend.kext and lilu.kext? maybe its the same thing?

Thanks for refreshing my old SSDT-HACK, it was coming from here (3 years ago...):
https://github.com/VoiletDragon/Z77X-UD5H-Clover-Hotpatch-Patches

Replaced my CLOVER folder with "CLOVER-zedoc" version, but still 85-100w idle :(

Regarding cpu friend and lilufriend.kext, i followed @macnb idea to switch from imac13,2 to imacpro,1,1
to use HEVC with my Ivy Bridge and inject the correct CPU frequency vectors.

Check Activity Monitor to see what is using your gpu.
To use HEVC you only need iMac Pro 1,1.

For vega 64 you dont need renaming.
Thanks, I am using Vega56. Anyway, could you please update your instruction on the 1st page? Do Vega 56/64 users need dAGPM kext as well?

Yes it does.

Yes but without cpufriend+lilufriend, CPU power management is bad on Ivy Bridge.

Try this one, and remove lilufriend and cpufriend from it.

After replacing add a picture with System Preferences/ Energy Saver.

I think I've done this right as I'm seeing stable/solid performance.
But would be grateful if somebody could glance at my config.plist and let me know if I've botched anything.
It's an OpenCore 0.5.8 build on a z390 with a 5700xt in a iMacPro1,1 mode
Anything look amiss?

Edit the config file and add the SSDT for your GPU and remove from device properties shikigva.

Looks like CPU PM and HEVC is working without cpufriend now ;)
But still 87w-115w idle on RX580...
here's my energy saver screen, (looks like power nap is not here now, everything was unticked anyway)
