my RX 580's performance is ~2k higher than RX 5500 XT - but with no additional modifications

So, can I presume that ssdt (just like radeonboost) will have no significant effect on my system?

RX 580 8GB? That RX 5500 XT is 4GB only.

The SSDT for RX 580 is not ready yet.

BUT I have a fan problem (fist time). After an indigo bench they can't stop.
With your other SSDT the memory clock can reach 1,04 Ghz. (just for your information)
