I applied but the performance do not be enhanced. I get around 41k for OpenCL and 36k for Metal with geekbench 5.
The configuration of hackintosh with opencore 0.7.0
MOBO: Gigabyte z590 vision G rev 1.0
CPU: intel core I5 10400 2.9~4.3 Ghz
Ram: Kingston Fury X 32 Gb 2666 Ghz
SSD: WD 512Gb Blue M2 Nvme + WD 2Tb Blue + WD 256Gb Green
GPU: Gigabyte AMD radeon RX 5500 XT 4Gb D6 (rev 2.0)
MacOS: Catalina 10.15.7 19H1323 (lastest version)

Issue:
+ Scores with geekbench 5 is not right: OpenCL > Metal (Attach file)
+ CPU compute: single score and multi score is worse than real other (Attach file)
+ First boot, the effects and screen not smoot, it's lagging a little. Only restart (second boot) it will be smooth!

Note: I also try SMBIOS iMac19,1 iMac19,2 and MacPro7,1 but not increase

Please help me to fix it! i have attach image and opencore bootloader.

Yes. It actually made my RX 6800XT stop working. As soon as I removed the ssdt and kext for the 5700 xt it was fine again.

I am on RX 570 ... looking for an new. bit faster GPU.
I think 5500 XT isnt the rigth for me. Performance little bit above an RX 580-590 would be enough boost for me.
Anyone have RX 5600 (XT) or RX 6500/6600 bench results?

Geekbench is Version 5.4!!!, not comparable with GB 4.x bench values.

The Navi II 24 chip, which the RX6500 series uses is not supported in macOS, currently. Given this is such a low end card it may never be supported by Apple, much like the Navi 22 used in the RX6700 series. If you could get the 6600XT that now has support in Monterey. Prices are way over retail, so still not a good value purchase. I would keep the 570 for another year. If you could sell your 570 for a hefty sum and then buy the 6600XT with that it would make sense to upgrade.

Thanks! You are right to wait - if i have time - for an upgrade. I think i will look for an used RX 5600 XT and perhaps
get this card end of 2022 for an normal / near normal price.

Mark... However, my RX5500 was loading very slow under OpenCore7.7 without agdpmod=pikera any workaround?
