Hi, bro. just like you, my RX590 Nitro+ power consumption is also incorrect.
BootLoader is CLover 5115.
In fact, I can not add "agdpmod = pikera", just use weg, but the test score is very low.
Injecting FB Name may cause a black screen, and also tried to modify the content of RX580 ssdt to RX590, but after testing, it was found that the performance is not as good as just adding "agdpmod = pikera".

I use the power meter test and Windows basically the same, so. . .

Is the true resolution of your screen 5120x2880 ?

Yep. Besides the colours are messy, my 4K monitor is dealing with 5k resolution, which is causing flickering. I think that my Hackintosh ir really believing being a real iMacPro!

Disable HDR and Night Shift. I had problems with colors after upgrading to Catalina 10.15.4.

I did the similar tests with my system with Saphire RX580 Nitro and get similar results to you BUT ONLY AFTER waking from sleep.

If run these tests straight after booting (BEFORE any sleep), my score are around 40% LOWER on iMacPro1,1 model-id.

Booting from Clover or OpenCore makes no difference.

for better performance do I need change my smbios from 17,1 to Mac Pro 5,1
And would like to share ur config.plist please help what to do which one really suitable for rx 580
