Yes, I have this option. I am attaching a screenshot with this.
Unfortunately, I can’t check the sidecar, because my iPad Pro 10.5 about is still at iOS 10.3.4
Also, you can observe strange display frequency values (74.88 instead of 75 and 59.88 instead of 60Hz). This becomes returns to 75 and 60 when changing to 1080p (You can also see this in the screenshot).

I noticed the same behavior.

For the monitor connected via HDMI, the refresh rate is 60HZ on all resolutions.

For the monitor connected via DP, 60HZ is the default for 2048*1080, 1080p, 1080i, 720p.
59.88HZ is the default for 2560*1440, 2048*1152, and 1600*900.
But I am not sure whether this is an issue, because sometimes the refresh rate cannot be an integer due to some reasons that I am not sure of. There are some discussions on the internet.

It was an integer earlier and is an integer in Windows.

Okay, then it seems to be a problem. I am still wondering if the driver did something wrong with the display port. As I never saw 1080p as a choice on a monitor connected via DP. I only saw them on monitors connected via HDMI. So my guess is that this version of the driver isn't great and there are some issues in it. Perhaps macOS 10.15.2 developer beta 1 can fix some of those problems? I don't know.

Something off-topic, I am curious about do you find any problems with this card in windows? Eg, BSOD when playing videos, slow response when playing videos with chrome with hardware acceleration, random BSOD when idling? Which version of the driver are you using?

I use Windows 7 and 19.9.2 version of the driver. There were several problems and BSOD when installing drivers, but now everything is fine and stable. Including stable in browsers and videos with FreeSync.

Cool, nice to hear that.
I am using Windows 10, the most stable driver that I can find is 19.7.5.

For the hackintosh problem, I wish there will be more data points from other people. And some fixes on the glitch of the installer.

One more question. When you shut down the macOS system, is the shutdown behavior normal? On my system it is a little abnormal: the system just hangs there and suddenly it powers off. I am using the verbose(-v) mode but no texts are printed on the screen.

If you have time, can you try to boot your system in verbose mode and shutdown to see if there are any texts printed out during the shutdown process? Thanks a lot.

I also do not see the log when I turn it off. The screen goes blank without displaying system logs (with -v flag).

Does buy an RX 5700 or RX 5700 XT makes any difference?

Can we sum up the "tested" cards by model/manifacturer? (in first post)

(On 18,1 running i5 8400 and 5700XT reference board) Completed the glitchy install process by using tab and space bar but unable to get through the final setup step after restart. I keep reaching this phase (attached), the mouse moves but nothing after. Any ideas?

Edit: It’s a Samsung 4K TV but had Mojave running on an RX580 previously. I wiped the ssd and clean installed 10.15.1. Tried a 1080p monitor too thinking the 4K res was the issue, still no luck.
