AMD Radeon HD 6950 issue; shows 5 MB and glitches

I recently installed Mojave and it works but when I click About this Mac my graphics card shows only 5 MB and I get glitches on the web browser. The tabs have a black background and when I mouse over them there are glitches. Also when I open the launchpad it kinda just appears without a smooth transition.

Is there a specific kext I am missing, or is the card just not supported?

Please update your CPU, motherboard, and graphics card information in your Personal Details as stipulated by the rules of this forum.

The card is not supported. Replace it with a Metal compatible graphics card such a RX 560 (non-XFX).
