Is there a way to compare two IOJones files ?
For example version from 10.9.0 and 10.9.1 so I can find differences if a hardware don't works anymore.
Or export to txt/xml so external diff tools like FileMerge could be used ?

The files already are binary plists, just open them in TextWrangler or other such app.

if you use TextWranger they will be represented as text and can be compared directly without exporting; easier solutions make things simpler

Your specific issue is caused by a transient IORegistry entry whose properties disappear too quickly, causing a bad access. The app itself has loaded and has begun listening for new entries; a new one is added and causes the crash while being created by IOJones. Try the previous app again, or this slightly different copy.

The crash didn't happen anymore today. Just a coincidence with that transient entry.
