Alternative Mini-ITX Motherboards?

The Gigabyte GA-H87N-WiFi I bought refurbished may be dead on arrival.

These boards are hard to come by, is there an alternative?

My build
* Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H87N-WIFI
* PCU: Intel i3-4360
* Cooler: Thermaltake Slim X-3
* RAM: Ballistic 8 GB 1600Mhz DDR3
* Drive: Samsung 120 GB SSD
* Case: APEX MI-008
* Wifi-Card: TP Link PCI Express

I bought all my parts from the tonymacx86.com links to help support the community here.. So I am also sad that by returning the GA-H87N-WiFi won't help.

Go with an Asrock Z87E-ITX. I thinks its better then the GA. Here in the forum you can find a good thread about it. Just look for it

I am trying to create a similar build. Is there any advantage to Z87 over H87 or even B85? A quick search on Newegg brings up the following results:

Would the $109 ASRock or ASUS work?
