All of a sudden my El Capitan hackintosh stopped working!?!

I've had a very stable hackintosh up and running for years. I turned my system on today and it just keeps looping to reboot as soon as the Apple logo screen comes on. The only way I was able to get my system up and running was to go into the BIOS and boot from the UEFI listing for my HD. What do you think could have happened? What do you recommend as the solution?

Have u tried to reset the bios settings to the factory default and then make the changes for a Hackontosh boot?

I went into the BIOS and changed the boot order and that fixed the problem. I don't know what happened to make the settings change but Clover was no longer appearing on the boot screen. After I changed the boot order it was just like old times.
