Ok I have looked high and low, followed the steps to a tee in the installation guide, rebuilt the USB drive 3 times, jumped up and down, drank a beer (or 4), and damned near everything else I can think of and it will NOT see the USB drive. I have also tried every one of the 10+ USB ports to no avail. I am in AHCI mode, Secure Boot is OFF, VT-d is OFF, UEFI is on, I used UEFI in Unibeast, and I even tried to add the filename boot entry in the BIOS but it will not even browse to the USB. If I throw my trusty Ubuntu UEFI USB drive in, it sees it perfectly. What in the world am I doing wrong, or is this machine just not going to let me install OSX?

Quick update: I found an old High Sierra USB drive (UEFI) and it works perfectly. Could it possibly be the USB drive? I just can't explain why the Mojave one will not work.
