Alienware-17-R4-High-Sierra OpenCore No Internal Speaker Audio

Followed this guide with identical hardware:

Everything works for me, just not my internal speakers. Headphones work, graphics are accelerated, etc. I used the files from the guide without modifying OC config. Volume up/down buttons show sound volume changing, but there is never any audio.

Since this isn't clover, the info seems to be more limited, but from the config.plist of OC, it appears that it was set correct for a Realtek ALC298.
I used the "Combojack" fix from the guide, and that seems to be working fine.

What did I miss?

SOLUTION:
I changed to RockJesus Clover v10, and used the Atheros kext from his OC v6. Using this scenario, Internal speakers work, and so does Ethernet.

I am now booting via Clover instead of OC.
