Alarming Cinebench results between native 10.9.5 and Win 7

I am running a GTX 760 by EVGA and a core i7-4770k CPU and I noted today that there is a fascinating difference between Cinebench scores of Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.9.5. Comparatively there is a 43FPS loss in rendering ability in 10.9.5.

Plain and simple here are my scores:
w/ NVIDIA Web Driver for 10.9.5 I am scoring 93.21 FPS
w/ OSX NVIDIA Driver for 10.9.5 I am scoring 85.32 FPS

w/ Win 7 NVIDIA driver I am scoring 136.09 FPS

Drastic, right? I am curious if this is a failure within the CUDA driver because the installation always seems to fail at the end. Perhaps this is because my PCIe card is not showing in the ECC preferences of the NVIDIA Driver Manager panel? There it simply says No Device Found.

While my CPU scores 732cb in OSX and 748cb in Win 7, which is pretty much identical, again Win 7 still outperforms 10.9.5.

I am running the latest Clover UEFI.

Its normal , grafics improvmente will come whit next osx yosemite.
