Check to see which BT controller you have. You likely have a different one... Various BCM943252Z come with different BT controllers.

BTW, @cdqrain's config.plist is wrong, which is breaking native CPU PM. I don't think that will affect BT though...

No idea. Might have to do with iCloud configuration or other settings in SysPrefs.

Your config.plist is not up-to-date with respect to current github content (or it was inappropriately edited).
