I currently have 3 hard drives in my system.

2 are set in RAID where data is striped between two Hard Drives
Windows 7 is installed in this drive.
1 is where mac OSX is installed.

For my system to recognize the RAID configuration so I can boot into windows 7 I have to load up the bios and change a setting from AICH..to RAID..

I wanted to know If I leave the setting at RAID, and try and boot into Snow Leopard will it boot with out any problems?

This is just to prevent me from loading up the bios every time I want to switch between OS's

haha i'm the EXACT situation as.

As far as I know, you cannot run OSX (or install it) when the controller the drive is on is in RAID mode.

There is a workaround though.

Most motherboard theses days have 2 controllers, for example: my motherboard has the Intel PCH and the Jmicron SATA controllers.

If you leave your RAID0 array on the Intel one and put the OSX drive on the other controller you can have RAID mode and AHCI mode at the same time.
