At system bootup, when I search for AGPM in Console it gives me for about 500 times this message: "12/07/15 21:56:36,000 kernel[0]: AGPM: updateGPUHwPstate(0, 0): fHwPstate = 0 fFB = 0xffffff800e4ef800".Then a few times switching from g-state to ..... mixed with previous message. And then, it stops. It doesn't switch anymore. Any thoughts?
NOTE: after 5 minutes, it sometimes begins switching, but it stops also after some time again. HWMonitor doesn't measure another frequency.

Switching pstates is based on demand. In this case demand for the GPU. Don't expect changes in pstate without a change in the demand.

I'm 99% sure it doesn't work. From OpenGL benchses to Idle, it didn't switch. And my frequency of GPU and GPU mem is ALWAYS 405 MHz

Out of ideas for you, mainly because I have no Nvidia hardware and no plans to purchase any.
