No matter installing from MultiBeast 8.2 or from the pkg files within the multiBeast package (e.g., AppleIntelE1000e-v3.3.3.pkg), no kext file created in the destination directory (i.e., /DATA/System/Library/Extension)

MultiBeast tells you where it is going to install the kext and it is not /System/Library/Extensions.
