After updating to 10.11.3 No sound, USB or bluetooth

This has been a total nightmare.
Have read and re-read forums and followed instructions. Only to have to reinstall motherboard smbios and OSX 10.11.3 a few times each. One time I even needed to move my drive to another machine to allow 10.11.3 to be reinstalled on it. Only have one USB port for wired apple keyboard and mouse working.

There has to be a simpler way to get my machine back to 'normal'. Have spent days now over the last many weeks struggling with this since 10.11.3 came out.

Any assistance to take on this project will be greatly appreciated.
Please let me know where to start now.

Could it be a bad mother board???
Can not get smbios to show up starting with 'delete' key held down now...

NOPE, the motherboard is fine. Called and spoke with Gigabyte tech and he talked me through testing it. Got it to work just fine.

Finally got SOUND working using, audio_realtekALC-110_v1.0o1.command, from Rehabman YAY!

Now back to no USB2 and no Bluetooth issues...

Just FIXED both USB2 and Bluetooth issues! YAY!!!

After installing, FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext, and, FakePCIID.kext, from Rehabman I restarted. NO JOY.

Found that I had both, IOUSBMassStorageClass 6.04.38 PM.kext, and, IOUSBFamily.kext, installed.
I removed them from, ~/Library/Extensions, with any other IOUSB kext I could find and restarted.

Everything now works!!!
