After update to 10.15.4, BIOS resets every time

Hello , I have the same problem . I reverted to 10.15.3 for the meantime.
My specs - p6tse w3690
 
This resolved it for me

RTCMemoryFixup.kext
boot-arg= rtcfx_exclude=00-FF
 
Ty , how I put boot-arg= rtcfx_exclude=00-FF in clover ?
 
It’s possible to have screen please ? Ty
I typing boot-arg= xxxxxx or just rtcfx_exclude=00-FF

I have put RTCMemoryFixup.kext in clover kext / other . I have try rtcfx_exclude=00-FF but not fixing the problem

For me it did but I did notice something weird, when my machine goes to sleep, the clock stops. when it wakes up, I have to reset it.. still looking into that one...
 
The same problem in 10.15.5 beta - bios reset
 
Same problem for me with 10.15.4. BIOS Resets on shutdown. I tried RTCMemoryFixup.kext with rtcfx_exclude=00-FF, but that did not fix the problem for me. My system is as listed below. It's unfortunate that the problem may still exist in 10.15.5.
  • macOS 10.15.4.02
  • CLOVER (Legacy) r5109, boot-args = -no_compat_check rtcfx_exclude=00-FF
  • SMBIOS MacModel MacPro5,1
  • Socket 1156 / H55 Chipset / Xeon X3460 / Sapphire Pulse RX580
  • Fake EC (DSDT did not have an EC)
