I upgraded from El Capitan to Mojave today and left the installation unsupervised since I had things to do. When I came back home the progress bar appeared to be 100% but it just didn't boot.

I tried with verbose mode and this is what I get. I updated my original post and now within the zip I added the dumps from clover.

Just an update, I was able to boot into safe mode and everything seemed normal. I finished the initial setup. Could this be a graphic issue?

Edit: I can't boot into safe mode again. I get this error:

Hmm. The End Randomseed error. I had this at one point during my current active project. I just can't remember what exact configuration I had or what I did to overcome it. What hardware are you working with? I think it might've been OsxAptioFixDrv-64 that was missing.

I'm not sure if it did anything but I copied OsxAptioFix3Drv-64.efi and I didn't get any more issues while booting in safe mode. I've been messing around with settings, kext, patches and it seems that indeed it is a GFX issue.

I used these values to boot to desktop:
Inject Device ID = 0x80861616
ig-platform-id = 0x16160000
