After update intel quick sync desaibled

Good day


After updating to Catalina every things works fine except Quick sync not working
pic 1 with Mojave
pic 2 with Catalina



when chose inject ATI VideoProc shows
ntel HD Graphics CFL CRB


when chose inject Intel + ATI VideoProc shows
Intel UHD 630 Graphics



This is my post for Mojave


Any help will appreciated

It's full enabled. I use UHD 630 at headless mode.

I am really not satisfying with the performance

rendring 10080p vedio for 10 min

befor rendring 5k faster
