Hi! Unfortunately my hackintosh decided to automatically install the update 10.12.6 from 10.12.4 and I had to reinstall some kext files to get things back to work.

My dual booted Windows that previously worked stopped working, and is stuck on this screen (blinking cursor): https://i.stack.imgur.com/3T1Pa.jpg

Note that Windows previously worked! In Clover, I tried to change to Legacy Boot (https://imgur.com/a/lyzw4) but now I get "Press any key to boot from DVD/.." black screen error.

Any idea how I can get Windows back to work?

You have UEFI system, Windows installed UEFI, Mac OS installed UEFI, so Clover should also be installed UEFI.
Check your drive EFI partition (mount with EFIMounter app - https://www.tonymacx86.com/resources/efi-mounter-v3.280/ )
for presence of Windows folder with Windows boot file - if not present, boot Windows install media and repair the boot.

OK, something may have gotten corrupted during the Mac OS update. This is one reason I recommend separate HDD/SSD for OS's - no possibility of one OS messing up the other.

Suggest you boot the Win10 install media nad select repair at the first option screen and see if it can repair the BCD. If it cannot, then you might try a manual repair or just re-install.
