Hyper 412 Slim fits, just installed it.
This one then? http://www.coolermaster.com/product.php?product_id=6738 ?
Or how about something like this? http://www.zalman.com/ENG/product/Product_Read.asp?idx=450

Or why don't you just move the fan to the other side and use it in a pull action instead of a push action? It won't cool quite as well, but it'll most definitely be out out the way for the RAM slots.
If you're not looking to oc and want quiet than I would suggest an h60 or lower and then add new fans that are quieter. Even with slow moving quiet fans they will cool sufficiently if not over clocked and will be as quiet as you want them.
I don't have personal experience with CPU liquid cooling, but thought this link would be relevant--

He doesn't want advice, he wants to argue real user experiences versus paid reviewers... If he had tried any of the good options presented here this thread would be dead and gone.
Great!
So it does not overlap the first slot?
Is the 15mm fan quiet and can a standard 25mm be installed?
Doesn't overlap, about 2mm space between them. So quite tight, but it fits. Because of that, 25mm won't fit, that would make it overlap. The fans are super quiet.
Thank you very much. This cooler seems ok for my needs.
Or how about the Scythe Samurai ZZ 92mm? Uses same push pin type mount as stock cooler

If you don't like the 92mm fan replace it with a quieter one.
