Advice needed on CustoMac Pro on steroids

Hi,
I've been reading the forum for a few weeks and looking to build a new computer. The buyer's guide say that it's now possible to use multiple NVIDIA cards in tandem, but has anyone had success with this? Don't need to support SLI in OSX but I don't want to have to unplug the bridge everytime I switch from Windows to OSX. I want to hook this to 3 24" monitors. (+2 19" monitor if possible? already have them anyway)

Is it possible to overclock or would that cause problem for OSX?
I've read somewhere (can't find it now) that you need a DVD drive AND a BluRay drive, that the bluray drive won't read DVD under OSX... really?

The parts I'm looking to buy:
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K (BX80646I74770K)
  • Motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-Z87X-OC Motherboard
  • Video Cards: 2x EVGA 04G-P4-2768-KR GeForce GTX 760 4GB
  • RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LP 16GB (2 x 8GB)
  • SSD: 2x SAMSUNG 840 EVO MZ-7TE250BW 250GB
  • PSU: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX850M 850W
  • CASE: NZXT Phantom 410 Series ATX Mid Tower
  • Blutooth: IOGEAR GBU521 Bluetooth Micro Adapter
  • Cooling: CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Water/Liquid
  • DVD/BluRay: LG Blu-ray Drive Model UH12NS30

so, questions are:
1) Are dual card really supported ?
2) Can I overclock?
3) Will it support more than 3 monitors?
4) Will the BluRay/DVD combo drive work for both media in OSX ?
5) Do you see anything on that build that will cause problems?

Any advices/comments is appreciated :)

1. Multiple cards with SLI bridge will work in OS X, but only as separate cards, not as SLI.
2. Yes
3. Yes
4. Yes. The Pioneer BDR208DBK - http://www.amazon.com/Pioneer-Electronics-Internal-Burner-BDR-208DBK/dp/B00A4ZXE40/ works well as a DVD player/music CD player and Bluray movie player (with BD movie playing software). Haven't tried to burn a BDR disk yet, but CD burning works.
5. Not really, although I would use the 840 Pro instead of the EVO. If using the EVO, don't forget to add trim in MultiBeast
