Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder CC 2017 Freezes on Boot

Recently got my x99 Hackintosh up and running and finally got around to installing some programs on it including CC 2017 Premiere and Media Encoder. When I open both programs, they freeze before loading. I'm still able to move the mouse, but can't right click and force close the program. The system essentially freezes and needs a hard reboot.

I'm inclined to believe that it's a graphics card issue, but since I'm using a Radeon 7970 I guess I'm a little surprised. Has anyone else encountered this issue and any ideas on how to fix it?

Small update. Deleted GPUsniffer and whatddya know, it loads all the way! Well, almost. However, the program still doesn't start because it gives me this message due to GPUsniffer not being there any longer. But it doesn't freeze!



Any suggestions? Or just out of luck?

did you ever figure this out? I am having a little different issue from freezing sometimes right away and sometimes after rendering multiple files. If you found a fix maybe it would help me.
