It's very easy. Delete BOOTX64-win.efi from EFI/BOOT and restore your Microsoft(EFI/Microsoft) folder to Original state.
On Microsoft/boot folder, change the name of 'bootmgfw.efi' to 'bootmgfw-orig.efi'.
Go to your CLOVER(EFI/CLOVER) folder and copy XCLOVER64.efi to Microsoft(EFI/Microsoft/boot) ... Do not rename XCLOVER64.efi.
Reboot and enjoy.
Finally! Worked for me!!!
After some long days of trial and error, selecting answers all over these forums, your solution worked for me. Can't believe it.
I already had my Hackintosh running smoothly on an SSD for more than a year now. A few days ago I tried to install Windows 10 onto an second SSD. Here's my setup:
SSD 1 - macOS High Sierra
SSD 2 - Windows 10
HDD - files etc
After installing Windows 10 following this @Going Bald's method, making sure I'd disconnected all other drives (you can do this by phisically removing the wires, but disabling them via BIOS setup worked for me), my system automatically started booting Windows, no matter the order selected on Boot Priority - neither pressing F12 and selecting Mac OS X.
To recover the old Clover menu boot, I used EasyUEFI on Windows by following these steps explained by @jpz4085 in this topic.
So the last step was to make Windows 10 able to boot via the Clover menu, since I was getting to a dead no-signal screen after it started loading. And it worked. Didn't have to restore my EFI/Microsoft folder to Original state (also wouldn't know how to do it) but the file copying and renaming totally worked.
Now (for aesthetics purposes only hehe) I have to figure out how to remove all the other useless Windows entries on Clover and I'm good.
Thank you! Obrigado!
