ACPIBatteryManager on XPS 12 (9Q33) in Yosemite

Rehabman,

I am still to fix my audio problem on the think pad twist. In the meantime yosemite came out. I have converted the machine to yosemite before solving the audio problem.

However the acpi battery patch ( which worked in Mavericks) is not working in Yosemite. What is being described here may be a general problem with the compatibility of the kext to Yosemite.


I am following this thread to see if you come up with something.

I also tried coconut battery. Seeing same results. It shows 0% and shows no power adapter connected.
