Unfortunately can't fix the accountsd problem. It takes 400-500% CPU.
things like
- Apple ID signout/signin,
- Unchecking everything from sync
- just recreating /Library/Accounts/Accounts4.sqlite ,
- rebuilding caches (I have only native things in /L/E)
- executing
`sudo -v ; killall -9 accountsd
http://com.apple.iCloudHelper ; defaults delete MobileMeAccounts ; mkdir ~/Library/Accounts/Backup ; mv ~/Library/Accounts/*.sqlite* ~/Library/Accounts/Backup/ ; killall -9 accountsd
http://com.apple.iCloudHelper ; sudo reboot`
etc was not helpful.
I.e. if I sign in into any Apple service, it start taking > 100% CPU
