Acer Spin 3 Several issues

Okay, I managed to make the sound work, as well as booting without usb.

One thing left: I can control the brightness in System preferences > Display. But I dont have a HUD in the topbar for brightness control, neither i have hotkeys for this. Any help?

I installed windows in another disk and now I can't boot without the usb again.
2-I have screen tearing, whenever I move a window or a hover on an icon it starts blinking. And all the animatiheons are messed up. I have i3 7100u HD620, and the mackintosh recognize de vram well so I don't know what it might be. I installed whatever green in kext others, and I disabled inject intel graphics as the guide from the repository suggest.
And I'm using igfxframe=0x591B0006 as boot parameter.
