Accidentally updated Lion through Software Update

Sorry for the blunt question, but I've been using my Hackintosh for a few months now with no problems. Recently, however, software update popped up and without thinking (since coming from using a Macbook) I hit "update". I think the system works ok, but things like sound don't. Any steps to remedy this, or what should I do from this point to make my system run optimally like before?

Just reinstall audio from Multibeast. Most people loose sound on every update.

It works but its recommended to do a combo update from apples website.
