Hey man thanks a lot for your reply, I've followed your suggestion I think it helped to boot further but now I get this error. And I'm not much aware of 'Super IO' I didn't disable any of it in bios...
hope we can deal with this...

now that error might be related to SMC kext.. like fakeSMC or any other kext with 'SMC' in the name, you should just try one boot without kext 'SMC' just to see if you can boot futher ?

I can able to boot now, Yes the error is with SMCprocessor.kext, and also the error is with the onboard gpu so i disabled the onboard gpu in the bios. Now i'm able to boot into my OS...
