    I was wondering if on the Mac Pro 2013 graphics cards could be replaced. I was thinking about figuring out the pinout for the graphics cards and if there is any relationship between it and pcie

    I don't think you can replace them with anything other than the cards it ships with, since they're all custom sizes and connections.
