A completely new upgrade from 2014

I've decided to build a completely new setup. Currently my i7-3770K just doesn't make it anymore.
It's only used as the workstation for color grading work and the current setup is:

Mother: Gigabyte Z77X-UP4
CPU: i7-3770K
GPU: GTX-770 4G + GTX-980Ti 6G
RAM: 32G DDR3 black vengeance
PSU: Corsair RM100i

I can't decide on a new motherboard right now. Since I want Gigabyte (it's always easy to set up).

NEW parts choice:

CPU: i7-6700K
RAM: 64G DDR4 new corsair

You can get this Z170X UD3 model for a really good price now. $121 is hard to beat. Prices always go up when the supply of these diminishes. I own the Z97 version of this and it's really solid and well built.
