9900K and High Sierra ?

Does anybody run a 9900K under High Sierra?
I know this may not be ideal, but I've a software that is stuck to High Sierra

Yeah, it is possible, if you want to use quick sync you have just to spoof Kabylake ids. Don’t forget to use Acpi patch if you have an updated bios motherboard... and nothing about not ideal, it works just perfect...

High Sierra will run on a 9900K even though the CPU type will be "unknown". I use a i7 9700KF myself and my system can run MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 / High Sierra 10.13.6 / Mojave 10.14.6.
