Following my previous guide I would like to post that I have everything working EXCEPT the 4 VIA USB3 ports and SLEEP ISSUES

Otherwise, after these instructions I have a fully working system:

http://www.tonymacx86.com/mountain-lion-desktop-support/64657-z77x-up4-th-instructions-feedback.html

My only remaining issue is Sleep/Wake. It will power down but after one full second the motherboard kicks back on and wakes.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? This board doesn't seem to have much attention on this site.

Thanks

You should really keep all your posts in one thread rather than spreading them out. It will be easier for people looking for help to find a solution if it's in one place.

BTW I have Sleep/Wake working perfectly on this board.

I'm going to do a fresh install tonight and document the procedure to get it working.

Would you mind sharing your bios settings?

Thanks

Yeah can you send us the things you "documented" it would really help!
Well I went out and bout one of these http://www.targus.com/us/productdetail.aspx?regionId=7&sku=ACH119US
Its a USB 3.0 HUB with power (optional) because the problem by disabling xhci is that it gives less power thats why this a grat buy easier to reach aswell!

It would be best with a guide salty-dog!

yes right disable 'wake on lan' and disable Marvel control if u don't using it

Absolutely pointless advice!

A) This Boards UEFI does't have a "Wake on Lan" Option

b) This board doesn't have a Marvel SATA controller

I can confirm that!

Salty dog, would you mind sharing your BIOS settings? ;-)

And Multibeast if it´s not to much trouble.

Thank You
