The 8700K that I ended up with booted and ran well with AVX offset 1 or 2 @5GHz with 1.350v. But to run 5GHz with AVX offset 0, I had to bump vcore to 1.380v.

What CPU power management settings are you using? In Clover?

Nothing related to Power Management in KextsToPatch. Only Enable Trim and External Icons Patch.

Mine is very simple.

• Enable XMP
• Sync all cores
• 1.380v vCore
• Load Line Calibration 6

What temperatures do you have when you run let's say Cinebench? 5.0Ghz or 5.1Ghz?

It tops out at 70C at 5GHz. My CPU was delidded and I am using a Noctual NH-D15S.

Good temps, i recently delid my 8700K and i'm running at 5.1 at 1345 volts. When running Cinebench i got 80C, i have Dark Rock 4 Pro with MX-4 thermal paste.
