Hey guys. I managed to install OS X on my Haswell build. I booted it up with unibeast after installing it. Then I used multibeast to install all the drivers that I thought I should. I also installed chimera 2.2. After installing multibeast, I rebooted and it gets stuck on the Apple logo. When I boot with - v it gets stuck on PCI Configuration Begin. Please help me out on this one as this is my first ever build and I really enjoyed doing it. Here are the system specifications :
Processor : Intel i7- 4770K
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-UD5H
16 Gb Corsair Vengeance Memory
60 Gb

PS. Can it be possible that wrong multibeast selections are causing this? If yes, then please tell me what to select and what not.

i had problems, too
my solution with chimera: UseKernelCache=no GraphicsEnabler=No Darkwake=0
(with KernelCache my system was often only bootable with -f -x)
Don't use npci=0x3000, else the Audio will not work. you can use npci=0x2000 if needed

BIOS:
i'm using Bios Version F7 http://www.gigabyte.de/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4483&dl=1#bios

all HDD: AHCI, Hotplug
usb: xHC and eHC hands off
HD4600 Disabled (cause of using a GTX 650Ti).
for HD4600 look here: http://www.tonymacx86.com/378-new-intel-hd-graphics-boot-flags-chimera.html

i'm using the normal boot, not the uefi-boot of the hdd

You only need to install some things with Multibeast:
the link are the source of the drivers, if you like to install manually with kextbeast (http://www.tonymacx86.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=32) or kextutility (http://www.tonymacx86.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=141)

- FakeSMC with plugins (http://sourceforge.net/projects/hwsensors/)
- USB3 (http://sourceforge.net/projects/genericusbxhci/files/)
- network: AppleIntelE1000e.kext (set NetworkSpeed manually!) and AppleIGB.kext (doesn't work after sleep) http://sourceforge.net/projects/osx86drivers/files/Kext/Snow_Lion/
- Sound: ALC898 Without DSDT and HDAEnabler1 (https://github.com/toleda/audio_ALC898 for patching manually and the Enabler https://github.com/toleda/audio_kext_enabler)
- chimera (http://www.tonymacx86.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=195) or Chameleon (http://chameleon.osx86.hu/articles/chameleon-21-latest-version-download-links-updated)
-SMBIOS of a MacPro3.1 (or manually a SMBIOS.plist at /Extras/ with Chameleon Wizard http://www.tonymacx86.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=140)

don't install the fix for internal hdd. after that my system was not booting after that (i'm having a second install for try-out, so i could repair it)

now i installed Clover. after updating the last osx Supplemental Update of 10.8.5 i need to disable the AppleRTC-Fix at the config.plist

I found a solution to the problem. Boot with GraphicsEnabler=NO and BOOM! That's it :)

Hi
I have a Z87X UDH5, with the I7 processor.
Im down to MultiBeast install. Of course no DSDT selected with this board. I have tried for 2 days different combinations, rebuilding my target disk each time, from just selecting the EasyBeast to DSTSFree with selected options.
I not sure Multibeast is guilty of anything because the results are always the same

Power-on
Gigabyte Splash screen
Screen goes to black and
Boot0:GST
Boot0:test

Boot0:error

If not an answer could you point me in a new direction?
