4340s, El Capitan 10.11.1 update to 10.11.3 ?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but is there a guide anywhere to accomplish this, any caveats? Or can I just do this minor update from within OS-X?

I admit I'm coming here rarely, last time I managed with the help of this forum to go from Yosemite to El Capitan including switching to Clover, and everything is running fine right now.

Should I expect trouble when upgrading from El Capitan 10.11.1 to 10.11.3?

Make sure Clover is current. Then update from the App Store.
