$400 to $500 hackintosh for photoshop and illustrator

hello guys i am new in the hackintosh, i did actually builded 2 pc.
i was wandring what should i get to build a hackintosh for a medium use of photoshop and illustrator, and i want to rune dual boot windows and hackintosh.
I also intend to use "c4d+redshift" or "3ds max" on Windows, non gaming purposes.
no case and no monitor just the inner parts:

motherboard
ram
cpu
gpu
hard drives
power supply
cooling system

Ps:my budget is $400 to $500.

In an ideal world you would want to add a reasonable graphics card that your applications will take advantage of for better performance. A GTX1050 would be fine, but you might be better using your budget to get the best bang for buck across the other components. A GTX1050 or similar can be added later.

We recommend running different operating systems on their own drives.

With a budget of $400-500, you can find used Dell or HP systems with i7-6700 on Ebay. Generally speaking, it's pretty easy to install macOS on Skylake systems and an i7-6700 should be able to handle Photoshop and Illustrator great.

If you find a good deal, you can use the change for more RAM and/or better GPU.
