3TB Lost Partition Problems ExFAT

Hi, I having a lot of issues with the ExFat partitions on my 3TB Hard_drives, Sometimes when I restart the comparer I lost the partition. I not really sure what is the problem.
I have Three 3TB hard drives. when I restart I notice some of my EXfat partitions are lost, these are the possible causes:

1) PARTTION FORMAT: I normally create 3 exfat partitions using GUID (should I create Mac Extended Journaled instead) is just I want to be able to access the files on windows

2)TOO MANY HD: I have 6 Hardrives and 1 Blueray Should I change the E-sata conectors

my mother board have native UEFI is a Z77 chipset I also had same problems with a P67 Motherboard with used Hybrid UEFI.

i have got the same problem but i only have 2 ssd´s and on exfat hdd and the exfat i lost some times but dont know why??
