You would need to provide details... see "Problem Reporting" in laptop FAQ for typical files/output required.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting"
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.164990/

Not relevant, it's not on my laptop. I thought i had fixed the problem today but after turning on some usb device, the os rebooted by itself again. I had the same problem on previous MOBO as well.

Could you please point me to the FAQ because i can't find it anywhere.

Thanks

Problem Reporting requirements are the same laptop vs. desktop.
The part of the FAQ I asked you to read is not laptop specific.

You quoted the link.

Hello everyone!
I have a problem with the usb3 port of my lenovo thinkpad x220 i72620m. I installed the Sierra macOs according to the steps of http://x220.mcdonnelltech.com/
And also tried to fix the bug with kexts Utility using the kexts of https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-generic-usb3/downloads/ and it does not work either.
Could anyone help me, please?

There is no expectation that the USB3 controller will show in System Information->USB when using GenericUSBXHCI.kext.
But the USB3 ports may work...
Better result if you plug devices in prior to booting.
Non Intel USB3 and 10.11 or later is a poor choice.

Ok Thank you RehabMan
Would you think a good choice to install Yosemite? I already installed Capitan and didn't work either.

@IVANGGRU, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard or Make/Model, CPU and Graphics Card.
The Rules said:

There are well known patches for some non-Intel USB3 controllers on Yosemite (and earlier).

I can confirm ORICO PVY3-202I Pci xpress card works OOB in my Gigabyte X58A-UD5 Sierra 10.12.6

EDIT: I would like to say that with USBInjectall.kext USB 3.0 ports also show on system profile, and I have no more the random reboot issue.

Etron EJ168 on my Z68XP-ud3 also works! Thank you RehabMan!
when you copying files with USB 3.0 then plug another thumb drive to another USB 2.0, is it restarting? thanks

Has anybody worked out a solution for the GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 motherboard with an Etron EJ168 usb 3.0 chipset?

That work for me but when I copying via USB 3.0 to external Hardisk then I plug a thumb drive to another USB 2 port, it will restart (not always) randomly
