2018 security update for El Capitan on a Laptop

Trying to do the 2018 update for El Capitan. Upon completion I am stuck at the following message:
OsxAptioFixDrv: Starting overrides for System\Library\CoreServices\boot.efi
Using reloc block: yes, hibernate wake: yes

I updated kexts and tried newest version of Clover. For some reason anything newer than version 4128 doesn't work.
My Laptop specs are:
Toshiba Satellite E45-B4200
I5-4210u
16GB ram
250GB SSD

PR files should not be 35mb!
Make sure you attach only EFI/Clover, without themes (not the entire EFI folder)!

You forgot to press F4 and F2 as per FAQ, "Problem Reporting".

Your version of Clover is very old. Your config.plist is not per guide. EFI/Clover/kexts/Other is not per guide.
