Currently I have an Intel E2180
an Intel E6600
a Asus asus p5g41t-m lx board
and a Asus Geforce 210 graphics card.
This was a windows pc. And I would like to install OS X lion on the system.

Your best chance would be with the Asus motherboard. It will depend on what CPU you are using with it.

Update after your latest edit: The E2180 is a Pentium chip and not supported. The E6600 could work with Lion but not the newer Sierra or High Sierra. If the motherboard supports a Core 2 Duo E8400 you can buy one of those for about 5 dollars on Ebay and swap out the 2180. That would work for Lion if you want that version. I think that the GT210 should work with Lion but not 100% sure as I've never tried it. With the 210 and the E8400 you could then try Sierra or High Sierra and see how well it performs on the more current and better supported, more secure software.

Well, as trs96 said, you should be able to install Lion using the E6600 (but not the E2180).
