Yes give it a try, the third pic is cut off but the message suggested moving it to PCI slot 7 there is another option but I can't see it.

I think those options are irrelevant. I have changed all and tried. Last picture only showing plugged pci-e devices and their speed (x8,x16 etc)

And recommends pci-e slot 1,3,5,7 for x16 speeds. I use slot 1 and 5. I don't use slot 3 because of my gpus thickness. No airflow.

I think it is GPU related. I have replaced my 1080 with Titan X, now I can see Clover Boot Menu.

Hi, I am trying to install 10.13.3 on a X99-E WS with a 5960x and used your EFI folder that you uploaded on the custom thread (thanks for posting that, BTW). With your EFI, I can boot successfully to the installer but have the same issue you had with no clover boot menu. Did you ever figure out any other fix other than swapping GPU's? I am having the issue with only a single R9 280x installed.

How's 10.13.3 been running on x99e-ws/5960x otherwise? Any other refinements you needed to make? Thanks!
