Hi Guys. Hoping for some help troubleshooting an iMac Pro (I know it's not a hack'tosh but the brains are over here not at Apple support!)
Anyway, here is the issue. Speed to disks, both TB2/3 external drives and internal SSD are consistent and good always, so no issue with storage speed.)
After a period of a time 1-2 days my Gigabit Internet speedtest goes from 700-800Mbps down to about 20Mbps. I also get slow network transfers of data from other computers. Other computers on the network transfer at full speed (no issues with them.)
Other computers on the network are consistently fast to the internet and to other computers on the network.
The speed on this iMac Pro slows consistently with both WiFi and Ethernet.
A reboot of the machine returns full speed to networking in both WiFi and Ethernet connection.
I have reinstalled the OS, followed by a migration assistant, and recovered users and applications only (not computer and network settings) but the issue remains.
